FAQs
I am new to pole dancing, can I take your classes?
Yes! Most of my classes are for all levels. This means that the pole moves and choreography is modified depending on your pole abilities. Check the descriptions for any pole prerequisites.
Am I too heavy to pole dance?
No! Pole is for all bodies!
I want to try pole, but I don’t think I am strong enough. Should I take a pole class?
Yes! I guarantee you are stronger than you think. Also, you will build strength during your pole classes
I don’t know how to twerk, can I sign up for Peachy Poleography?
Yes! Anyone can learn to twerk and this class includes twerking instruction. If you would like to learn to twerk online before Peachy class I recommend the Twerk Technicians. Click the button below for a good twerk instructional video.
As a reminder: Twerking comes from black culture! Twerking can be traced back to the New Orleans early 90s bounce scene and previously to the Mapouka dance in Africa. Twerking has a rich history and I’m proud to have become Twerk Technician certified.
I don’t have any interest in twerking, which class of yours should I sign up for?
My conditioning class has the least amount of twerking. In parts of the warm up for that class I cue for ass shaking, but you can always opt out.
My open pole class also has twerking options for the warm up, but it’s not required.
Make it nasty, all of my peachy classes and my lap dance class all have a twerk warm up or the warm up is twerk heavy. If you would like to take one of my classes and avoid twerking, please let me know and I can modify it for you.
I don’t want to use my card to pay, do you take any other forms of payment?
Yes! You can pay using Cashapp or Venmo by clicking the buttons below. Please remember to add the class name and date to the description.
I want to take your classes but I don’t have the funds. Are there any other options?
Yes! If you are a sex worker I offer a 20% discount for all of my dance classes. (Code: stripper) We can also use the barter system. Please message me on Instagram or send me an email to discuss this option.
Do you offer private lessons?
Yes! My private lessons are $60, semi privates are $40 each and privates for strippers or people planning their audition are $40. Message me to request a private or sign up using this website. (Strippers use code: stripperprivate)
I signed up for my first ever pole class, what do I need to know to prepare?
Please don’t wear oil based lotion within 24 hours of your first class. Lotion can make it harder for you to grip the pole or make you slippery on the floor.
Double check the location of the class, I teach at multiple locations!
Please sign your studio 4 waver before class.
Double check that the class you signed up for is for all levels or beginner. My lap dance, make it nasty, conditioning and open pole classes are for all levels. I also have an all levels peachy poleography class. All levels means that the choreography is modified to fit your pole level.
Most students wear a top or sports bra and bottoms or shorts. You can either wear these under your street clothes or change into them in the studio bathroom.
Bring water and knee pads, heels are always optional.
All of my classes start with a warm up and most of them start with a choreographed warm up song. The class ends with a cool down. If your class involves twerking and you want to be extra prepared, look for the twerk technicians video link on this page.
During all of my classes there are opportunities to record yourself. Always ask if someone is in the background of your video, if they are okay with being recorded.
In my lap dance class and make it nasty class, there is opportunity at the end of class to get recorded for your own personal use. You can always opt out of recording yourself.
In my peachy classes, I take a class video at the very end of class. Being on camera is always optional and never mandatory.
If you would like a one on one studio orientation before attending a class, please reach out to me to arrange that. If you have any questions please email me or message me on instagram!

What do I wear to your pole classes?
Students typically wear shorts/ bottoms and/or a sports bra to pole classes. Peachy class has a lot of focus on the butt, so students wear thongs or shorts and anything in between. You will want your bottoms to be small or loose to make twerking more accessible. Keep in mind that you will need skin contact with the pole for a lot of the moves you will learn in this class.
In the lap dance workshops, students should wear what makes them feel sexy. In this class skin contact is less important, so feel free to wear thigh highs or leggings. The studio requires a thong and pasties minimum.
Similar to the lap dance workshops, for make it nasty classes, wear whatever makes you feel sexy. Keep in mind for this class though, you will need some arm and leg contact depending on the choreography. There are also outfit prompts sometimes, but it’s not required.
Heels are optional in all classes! If you have never worn pleasers, I recommend purchasing some from their website. I started with a 5” heel and gradually increased the height from there.
Knee pads are recommended!
How do I prepare my body for my first pole class?
Please don’t apply oil based lotion within 24 hours before coming to a pole class. Lotion can cause you to slip on the pole. Bring a water bottle, shorts or bottoms and/or sports bra or top. Bring knee pads if you have them, but there are some available for purchase at the studio.
Where are your classes located?
All of my pole classes are at Studio 4 Pole 4 Fun in Vancouver, Washington and in Camas!
Please check the information when signing up for a class to confirm where your class is located.
How do I find out more about your drawing classes?
What is the cancellation policy for your classes?
All of my classes have a 12 hour cancellation policy. This means that you may cancel up to 12 hours before your class starts or your payment won’t be refunded. If you cancel before the 12 hour mark, you can use the payment as a class credit.
